Men's Central Jail offers numerous educational and rehabilitation services to inmates. All of the services provided to inmates is overseen by the Inmate Services Bureau / Inmate Programs Unit located across the street from Men's Central Jail. Revenue for programs offered to all inmates is provided through the Inmate Welfare Fund. The Inmate Welfare Fund exists by way of statutory authority granted to the Sheriff primarily for the benefit, education and welfare of the inmates confined within the jail.
