Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF) kitchen is located in the city of Lynwood right off of the 105 freeway and is currently managed by Food Services Manager Jimmy Ledesma. CRDF is an all female inmate facility. The CRDF kitchen prepares approximately 7,800 meals for the inmates and employee staff each day. Of these meals, approximately 978 are individually prepared medical meals.
